Terms of Service
These terms apply between you (the “Customer”) and Timvat (“we”, “us”) when you create an account and use our service to build, publish and manage websites (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Account
You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account. The account is personal and may not be transferred without our approval.
2. Trial and payment
You can start using the Service without entering a card. When the trial ends, your website is unpublished until you activate a paid subscription — your content is kept. Prices are shown in the Service and may change with reasonable notice. The subscription renews until you cancel.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display the content in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for having the right to use the content and for it following our acceptable-content policy.
4. Acceptable use
The Service may not be used for illegal or harmful content. We may suspend or remove accounts and sites that breach the terms or the law.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee the Service is always free of interruptions or errors. We may perform maintenance and updates that temporarily affect the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last twelve months.
7. Termination
You can cancel your account anytime. We may terminate or limit access for breaches of the terms. On termination your site may be unpublished and data deleted after a reasonable period.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
